Bueno, a la final decidi tomar otra alternativa y antes de continuar traduciendo los trabajos de Akiko Shikata o Haruka Shimotsuki, decidi trabajar en el segundo y desafortunadamente último álbum que sacó FAIRIAL, fairial:material.

La historia de que trata este álbum es básicamente una chica siendo sacrificada para convertirse en la Diosa de un mundo en el que no existen dioses, la cual les traduzco a continuación antes de proceder a la letra de la primera canción:

この世界は不幸でした。
この世界に生きる人々もまた不幸でした。
「世界が幸せで在りますように」と、願いを捧げるが神に世には存在しないから。

永久に渡り、神が不在の時代が続いていました。
既に「神」が自分たちにとってどのような存在であったのかということすら、人々
は考えることをやめてしまいました。
どんな性質でもいい。
どんな異形でもいい。
人々は神という名の存在を渇望し、神籤で選定した少女を聖女と奉り立て、
少女を生贄として儀式を行うようになりました。

今宵もまた、罪無き小鳥の羽根が擁がれ、
その魂は涙と共に空へと羽ばたいて逝きました。

真の咎人たちは、いつ自らの過ちに気付くのでしょうか。
その愚かしい蛮行故に、人々が神に見捨てられたという事実に。

This was an unhappy world.
The people in this world were unhappy as well.
As there were no Gods to which they could they offer their prayers that wished "for them to exist happily in this world".

Spanning an eternity, the era in which the Gods didn't exist continued.
The people had already stopped even thinking about what kinds of beings the "Gods" could have been to them.
A God with any kind of disposition should be okay.
A God with any sort of shape should be okay.
The people craved for a being they could call a God, and so they enthroned a girl they had chosen through fortune slips as a Saint,
and carried out a ceremony to offer her in sacrifice.

Tonight again, she embraces the feathers of the sinless little birds,
their souls having flown and passed away alongside their tears.

When will the true sinners realize their own faults?
The truth is that due to their idiotic barbaric acts, the people had been abandoned by the Gods.

Este era un mundo infeliz.
La gente de este mundo también era infeliz.
Ya que no habían Dioses a los cuales pudiesen ofrecerles sus rezos que deseaban "poder existir felizmente en este mundo".

Pasada una eternidad, la era en la cual los Dioses no existían continuó.
 La gente ya había dejado de pensar incluso en que clase de seres los "Dioses" pudieron haber sido para ellos.
Un Dios con cualquier clase de disposición estará bien.
Un Dios con cualquier clase de forma estará bien.
La gente ansiaba un ser que pudieran llamar un Dios; y así instalaron a una chica que había escogida por papeles de la fortuna como una Santa
y llevaron a cabo una ceremonia para ofrecerla en sacrificio.

 De nuevo esta noche, ella abraza las plumas de los inocentes pequeños pájaros,
sus almas habiendo volado y perecido junto a sus lágrimas.

¿Cuándo será que los verdaderos pecadores se de cuenta de sus propias fallas?
La verdad es que debido a sus idiotas y bárbaros actos, la gente había sido abandonada por los Dioses.

Y como ya tradujé previamente Hikari no Furu Mori, con esta canción cerramos Tsubasa ga Furu Oukoku. En esta ocasión, tenemos otra canción con un tempo rápido, basada principalmente en guitarra, violín, flauta y piano, pero con un sonido triste y lleno de desesperación.

Próximamente, estoy indeciso si traducir Maple Leaf BOX de Haruka Shimotsuki o Ayashi (que salió hoy) de Akiko Shikata, así que ya veremos.

Y prosiguiendo con Tsubasa ga Furu Oukoku, aqui tenemos la tercera pista. En este caso, empieza con un solo de piano de sonido triste, pero luego se vuelve una pieza coral que tiene un sonido un tanto oscuro y ominoso.

Letra - Sora ni Ochita Oukoku

Y como lo prometí en mi última entrada, hoy comenzaremos con Tsubasa no Furu Oukoku para así estar al día con Lag-Quara. Obviamente, voy a omitir la nueva versión de Nejimaku Tokei wa Tsuki no Michikake wo Kizamu debido a que la letra sigue siendo la misma, así que vamos con la segunda canción.

Como es costumbre, tenemos una hermosa melodía formada de violines y sintetizadores, además de guitarra acústica y piano, los cuales a su vez portan una letra tan triste como perturbadora. También quiero recalcar que la caja de música que podemos escuchar a lo largo de la canción son los sonidos del orgel de Cielio, que como deben recordar del booklet de Lag-Quara, es el único recuerdo que le queda de su desaparecida (y difunta) hermana Soficia.

Y finalizando canoue chronicle, aquí tenemos la última de sus piezas vocales; que si mis fuentes no me fallan, fue revelada por primera vez en uno de los conciertos de Haruka.

Es una canción con un sonido muy estilo Lag-Quara por la forma en la que se usa el violín. También incluye guitarra, piano y bajo; aunque tiene una atmósfera peculiar.

Y empezando con canoue chronicle, aquí tenemos la primera de las canciones nuevas, la cual segun el tracklist quedaría ubicada entre Aru Gin'yuushijin no Shoukei y Garasugoshi no Gunjou. En esta ocasión y muy inusualmente para Haruka, tenemos una pieza con aires árabes que emplea mucho el buzuki y la flauta, además de algo de guitarra, lo cual queda perfecto para la ambientación desértica que trae y para la historia que nos es relatada en la letra.

Y bueno, ya que he hecho gran parte del contenido vocal de canoue chronicle, posteriormente traduciré el resto de las canciones vocales que fueron añadidas en esa compilación, así que esperénlas pronto.

Letra - Ao no Rokubungi

Y bien, aquí comenzamos con canoue III -Umi ni Nemuru Oukoku-. Como es costumbre, la primera pista del album es instrumental y por eso la omito, aunque de igual modo aquí pongo la traducción del título:

Aunque curiosamente esto la vuelve la pista epónima del album.

Y pasando ahora a la canción propiamente dicha que traduciré para esta entrada, aquí la tenemos. Es una pieza con aires aventureros que emplea principalmente la guitarra y el piano, la cual presenta los matices propios de las composiciones de MANYO y la voz de Haruka, los cuales dan la sensación de estar navegando por el mar en un barco.

Y finalizando con las canciones vocales de canoue II, aquí tenemos la penúltima track, la cual es una pista bastante MANYO en instrumentación y estilo, además de la voz de Haruka poniendole su carácter típico. Pero por alguna razón, siento que no habría estado muy fuera de lugar en un album de Lag-Quara o Sacred Doors, particularmente por las grandes similitudes con el violín que se puede escuchar en Urei Hoshi -Seina ol ieldan- (y sí, tengo claro que ésta canción vino primero).

Y al indicar la traducción para el título de la instrumental que cierra el album (眠りゆく扉/Nemuriyuku Tobira/Sleeping Door/Puerta Durmiente), con esto cerramos canoue II y damos un paso en completar canoue chronicle. Próximamente, me pondré con canoue III, dado que todavia me falta para terminar de estar al corriente con esta subsaga de Haruka.

Letra - Kimi ga Inai Torikago

Y teniendo en está ocasión una melodía más dominada por beats colocados sobre una base de piano y cantos, aunque también presenta guitarra eléctrica en el estribillo, aquí tenemos la siguiente canción de canoue II.

Como nota extra, las dos primeras líneas de cada repetición tienen coros en japonés, pero como no están incluidos en los booklet de canoue II y canoue chronicle, no los tengo incluidos aquí.

La canción que seguiría de acuerdo al orden (忘れられた領域/Wasurerareta Ryouiki/Forgotten Region/Región Olvidada) la salto debido a que es instrumental, así que por ello pasamos a la siguiente canción vocal.

Es una pieza que usa mucho la flauta, la guitarra y percusiones, además de un par de toques electrónicos, dando forma a una canción con aires de viaje que además es muy MANYO, aunque siento que no estaría del todo fuera de lugar en un album de Lag-Quara.

Me disculpo por las dos semanas sin actualizaciones, pero estuve enfermo durante la primera de ellas y el resto del tiempo he estado trabajando en la traducción al inglés de Ciel nosurge Offline.

Así que prosiguiendo, aquí tenemos una canción algo más chill que está basada en el piano, la guitarra, algunos beats y un backdrop coral hecho con la voz de Haruka, los cuales resultan muy hermosos en combinación.
