Letra - Soukyuu Gekka

Y como prometí en el post anterior, ahora pasaremos a saldar una deuda que tengo pendiente desde hace años: el álbum doujin Maple Leaf Box de Haruka Shimotsuki. Como Impronta ya fue traducida hace ya tanto tiempo, pasaré a la primera de las canciones que aún no he cubierto del album, la cual también es el opening de la novela visual "The Romance of Quartier Latin".

When walking in the deep, thick darkness, I let my heart run
to reach the sun rays that thinly illuminate after cutting through the clouds.
Cuando camino por la profunda, gruesa oscuridad, dejo que mi corazón corra
para que llegue a los rayos del sol que tenuemente iluminan después de atravesar las nubes.

El viento suavemente sopla sobre el ocaso que ha ido y venido en algún momento,

Me quedo inmóvil en la profunda, gruesa oscuridad, el laberinto del corazón,
pero algún día encederemos la luz y seguiremos adelante.

いつか歩いてた誰かが願った未來へ
fukaku koi yami o koeta toki tadoritsukeru
itsuka aruiteta dareka ga negatta mirai e
Once we cross the deep, thick darkness, we'll reach it,
the future somebody who walked through it wished for.
Cuando crucemos la profunda, gruesa oscuridad, lo alcanzaremos,
el futuro que alguien que caminó a través de ella deseaba.
