翠（みどり）の森深く 隠れた国の果てに
石化（いし）の呪い受ける 哀れな姫君

At the end of the country hidden at the depths of the green forest,
there was a sorrowful princess who had been petrified by a curse.

風に混ざる優しい歌に 導かれた流浪の王子
kaze ni mazaru yasashii uta ni michibikareta rurou no ouji
A roaming prince was guided to her by a gentle singing voice blended in the wind.
Un príncipe errante fue guiado hasta ella por una gentil voz cantante mezclada en el viento.

出逢いで恋に落ちていた
されど 呪いは残酷に時を刻む
いつかは離れ離れ 孤独を知る

He fell in love with the princess upon encountering her,
and despite the cruelty of the curse, they spent their time together,
and realizing that someday they would separate, they learned about what solitude was.
Él se enamoró de la princesa en cuanto la encontró;

深紅（しんく）の谷越えて 求めた黄金（きん）の林檎
どんな願いさえも叶える奇跡を

He went beyond the deep crimson valley to seek a golden apple,
which had the miracle of granting any wish.
Él fue más allá del valle intensamente rojo para buscar una manzana dorada,
la cual poseía el milagro de cumplir cualquier deseo.

闇が阻む嵐の先へ 手を伸ばした剣の王子
yami ga habamu arashi no saki e te wo nobashita tsurugi no ouji
The prince extended the hands in which he carried his sword to beyond the dark storm that hindered him.
El príncipe extendió las manos en las que cargaba su espada hacia más allá de la tormenta oscura que le obstruía el paso.

呪いを解（ほど）く約束で
恐怖も苦難も薙（な）ぎ払い
辿り着いた 輝く黄金（きん）の樹に
願い叶う果実掴み 再び帰る あの森へと
されど 長い時が経って
姫の姿は 既に石と化す

Having promised that he would release her from the curse,
although the terrors and hardships gnawed at him,
he finally managed to reach the tree of the shining golden apples.
Having the wish-granting fruit on his hands, he returned to that forest once again.
However, a long time had passed,
and the princess had completely turned to stone now.
Habiendo prometido que la liberaría de la maldición,
aunque los terrores y las dificultades le carcomían,
él finalmente logró alcanzar el árbol de las brillantes manzanas doradas.
Teniendo la fruta que cumplía los deseos en sus manos, él regresó a ese bosque de nuevo.
Sin embargo, un largo tiempo había transcurrido
y la princesa se había convertido completamente en piedra ahora.

すると 王子は迷わずに
黄金（きん）の林檎を囓（かじ）り 願いを呟く
「この身も石と変えて共に居よう、永遠に…」
suruto ouji wa mayowazu ni
kin no ringo wo kajiri negai wo tsubuyaku
"kono mi mo ishi to kaete tomo ni iyou, eien ni..."
Then, the prince, without hesitating at all,
bit the golden apple and whispered his wish:
"Turn my body into stone too, so we can be together forever..."
Entonces, el príncipe, sin titubear en lo absoluto,
mordió la manzana dorada y susurró su deseo:
"Convierte también mi cuerpo en piedra, para que podamos estar juntos por siempre..."

翠（みどり）の森深く 隠れた国の果てに
石の像が二つ寄り添い 今も微笑む

ishi no zou ga futatsu yorisoi ima mo hohoemu
At the end of the country hidden at the depths of the green forest,
there are two stone statues close to each other, and even now, they are smiling.
